So it's been a little bit, but I'm back!
I wanted to share some of the amazing images from our collaboration shoot a few weeks ago. As I have many a talented friend, a few of us decided to gather together to work on some images for our portfolios. And thanks to our beautiful models on had, this was an amazing success!
Coming up with the concepts was an amazing opportunity for me, as I'm new to the game. And I found it came quite naturally thanks to my background in Dance and Costuming. And so a Fashion Editorial, Make Up Editorial and Costume Editorial evolved into the titles of 'Leather & Porcelain' - Fashion; 'Gothic Ballet' - Costume; and thanks to the amazing make up concept designed by Cherie (From ChaChi) came the 'Jungle Fever' Make Up design.
After a couple of meetings with the brilliant Photographer Charlyn Stewart (From ChaChi) the images started to come to life right before our eyes. Now all we needed were the models!
Tayla, Haylie and Alanah made the job so easy, and to run so smoothly. After make up was applied, hair was styled (By the talented Emily Rae Schwarz) Every concept, every position, every image came alive through the lens, and with some tweaking, here is a sneaky peek of some of the favourites of the night!
